🤦FNAF came out before this episode even ran, and even if you could argue that they made the episode before fnaf released, there have already been creepypastas over chuck e cheese being evil which fnaf used inspirations for.
Animation takes a long ass time, especially since this episode aired in the first season of the show, meaning this episode probably did not take any inspiration from fnaf but you are probably right about the creepy pasta thing.
