How the heck do you progress? Rogue only lets me kiss her, and nothing further. None of the characters let you do anything, really, and simply talking with them does nothing
it might be easier to restart from what im hearing. Give them gifts whenever you can, be a little assertive and make sure you increase their addiction rating- the higher it is and the longer it stays up there then the more obedient they become. The game is a little buggy, so this is the most foolproof method ive found; also, make liberal use of the "chemical solution" when they show up after their addiction has peaked.
