This is a good comic. Normally when I read a Megumin x Kazuma hentai, I go for actual ships, but this was good enough to not need one.

2. Good characters that fit the story line perfectly 

3. Good drawing skills

4. People that want to producse it.

It actually can take a long time to draw or animate anything. For things like manga, there are multiple steps. Storyboard creation, rough sketches, actually drawing it, which is a lot hard than it seems, then into post editing. And that’s to say its perfect first try, where as sometimes it isn’t. As for anime, they animate a lot before the anime actually starts airing. Which is why anime can have 1 episode every week. Some animes could even me bi-weekly, one episode every 2 weeks because it may take a lot of time. Drawings like this are not simple, and they take a lot of time and effort into creating just a single page.
