Pretty annoying character, and also the Anime is a slice of life type, so generally nothing new happens and it resorts to slapstick comedy. The isekai is lame compared to legends like Re:Zero, Overlod, Eminence in the Shadow. Even Reincarnated as a Slime has a better story.
Megumin, Aqua and Darkness are all cute, but Kazuma is a spineless bastard that doesn't do anything remotely noteworthy. The girls are clueless as hell. There is zero chemistry between them. You will get bored watching this, it's wasted potential. It could be something great. Instead it's a boring ahh lame anime.
Ok, but Tensura is going to be legendary towards the end.
I thought it was different and amusing. The premise of an isekai without being overpowered is, for some reason, really hard to find. Also overlord is not a legend. The first season is really good, but after that they just keep adding random characters that you don't care about instead of developing the ones you do.
Zero chemistry? I guess you could say that if the only meaningful character interaction for you is whether or not they want to fuck each other.
That's not even the point, in each episode they do meaningless things and Kazuma is either needlessly yelling at everyone or is horny as fuck. The girls don't respect each other. All of the characters are dumb as fuck and their modus operandi doesn't even remotely interest the viewer (unless you're into this slice of life ahh shit).
The characters don't necessarily need to want to fuck each other for the story to be amazing, the art to be stunning and the anime overall be engaging and appealing to watch. Konosuba has none of that. The only pleasing point is the cute girls. Oh and I liked some scenes from the movie.
All I want is some coherent story where each episode progresses the overall arc and makes you eager to see what happens next. Have you seen Oshi No Ko? It's not an isekai, just a reincarnation genre story. Compare that to Konosuba. And what's more, it has zero fucking. It manages to check all the boxes and be great.
Kazuma is not exactly a likable MC or an example of a good, interesting character. I wish someone else was reincarnated instead of him, and oh I wish Megumin, Aqua and Darkness all had 20% more brainpower.

Debating about the creative merit of an anime on a fucking porn site is genuinely hilarious. IMO, Konosuba really just has to be funny, and I didn't find it funny. Saiki K. is way funnier.
