Honestly my biggest problems with these type of comics are the fact that they're mostly retarded. The guy had chances to kill the king but for some reason he didn't do it. Then the creator ends up putting in a dumb reason, writing shit like "even though he had a gun, he couldn't do it because he was too scared" or "he didn't do it because he turned into a Cuck"
In my opinion, the king is obviously shit. However, Lucas is also terrible because his love for his family wasn't big enough for him to surpass the fear of getting executed. Lucas is the perfect example of a beta male.
to be honest this would be a really cool setup to a revenge plot to be honest like he comes back with a party (that is comprised of MOSTLY MALES IM TIRED OF THIS TROPE WHERE THEY GET A HAREM) and then they do a raid on the castle
