Pills, yes, I like them. They make me sleep easier for my life, and another reason is I want to forget everything, just...sleep and...hopefully not wake up again… But the day is not coming yet, alas. I'm not going to lie and say "everything will work out", because nothing will happen by itself. But you have all of these people for you, and they want to help you. Things CAN get better, I promise you this. You just need to let them help you.

Life is a gift, and you still have decades to turn it around. But don't wait, I know you can make things better for yourself. Don't give up, think of your family and let them know how you feel
Saying the obvious will not help. Some people are not able to overcome their self made reality because they are too scared of consequences being not in their favour. Thats why they take the easy route, get pills be sedated most your life, you don't have to live in this world but don't need to overcome the fear of death.
