Just because a group isn't oppressed or is seen as the oppressors doesn't mean it's suddenly okay to be hateful towards somebody that's straight just simply because they're straight. Same thing with men, white people, cis people, or others. It's still hateful and bigoted, and minorities are not excused from the consequences of their actions.
