forgot the name of the vtuber, but she was showing off her character model and how you can take the clothes off. full zoomed-in shot of her anime vagina and called it "educational video on anatomy". she got banned and tried to claim it was because of twitch's bias against vtubers.
but an instance where this happened accidently to a female streamer? none that i know of.
