It is probably far less than a real digital artist would use in power, simply because he'd take much longer to even draw a somewhat detailed sketch.
on the other hand, generative ai is so damn easy to use that it will get used by a lot of people all the time - like politicians making pictures of themselves as jesus or videos of themselves flying a jet and dropping shit on protesters.
And 0.015kWh is probably the low-end figure, since most successful generations have several garbage ones that got discarded.
