Not read the other parts but this one isn't bad. Art is good. Sex is great. Story and characters have actual complexity. Unlike the majority of comics where I could easily see Keito falling in love with Aoi, his feelings aren't rolled over by having sex once. It has a lot of potential for further development. 8/10
