Once again. The tragic beauty of Jax's situation is he DID NOT transition. He was dishonest with himself and everyone else and took his self hatred out on them. If he had learned to accept himself and others and how to love amd be loved, he very well may have transitioned in the process. But he never became her.
It's really not that complicated.

Do you need every theme, idea, and part of a story verbally explained for you to understand it? Can you not look at the bow from ribbit, the secret Jax told their mom, the way Jax felt they had to be a stereotypical man, the maid outfit, the cover of Isn’t She Lovely (A song by Stevie wonder about how he felt when his daughter was born), and the fact their real life counterpart regularly goes to an LGBT Bar which is owned by a nonbinary person and add them together? You realize you did nothing in that sentence right? Like you didn’t refute or argue any of the evidence really. You just made a bad faith comparison if you even meant to do that. Like you are comparing Bugs Bunny doing a gag meant to be funny to either a moment that is originally seen as a bit but can be seen as foreshadowing and is given new context in the final act. Or you are comparing it with the scene with Jax and the bow which you know is not funny, because it’s not surrounded by anything funny, it has no punchline, and it exists in the most heartbreaking part of the final act. Even if what you said is true what about the rest of everything else? It doesn’t lose credibility automatically. Like if you’re just transphobic that’s whatever, morons gonna moron, it’s a very unpopular stance that loses more people every day and just makes you look weird and terrible. But the fact that you are trying so hard to ignore obvious information and at this point reality is the crazy part to me.
