There are highs and lows for both, in quality, videos take the spot for worst possible designs and/or porn, but they can be some of the best porn you watch, but comics are a lot more consistent

I like the hot details painels. In video, you have to adjust the speed, and sometimes the dubbing, like in anime, says cringe things.
If you want to see something you liked, you can just go back to the page where you saw it, whereas in anime you have to use both hands to try and find the scene on the timeline.

I think the best part of the video is the sound, but you have to keep it loud enough for you to enjoy it and low enough so no one else hear. And if you use headphones, there's a risk someone might walk in without you noticing.
