My hot takes:
- people too easily believe everything on the internet, especially in an age where you can easily fact check everything. this doesnt sound like a hot take because you think "yeah im better than everyone because i dont suffer from this" no, you do. EVERYONE does. doubt everything you hear. take everything with a grain of salt. do not be afraid to be wrong and change your mind
- Trump is neither a bad president nor a good president. The media simply ragebaits you into being the extreme of either side because farming hate is the best way to get clicks, aka money.
- Capitalism and Free market are the best forms of economy, but still require of a level of government control to prevent corporatism.
- Elon Musk buying twitter was a timeline shifting event that saved us from a much worse future.
- Beyond Meat was invented by white people who dont know how to cook
- Half of East Asia is a better ally to the US than Israel. Even the Vietnamese are better allies than israel.
- League of Legends isnt a bad game. its only toxic if your mindset is toxic
- I can beat Logan Paul in a fight, MMA-style
- You cannot stop AI, you can only learn to live with it
- The most efficient way to destroy the US via missile strikes is to bomb a furry convention
- Open Border immigration is just an indirect invasion. People who advocate for it are the rich and powerful who never have to suffer the consequences of their actions and do it to feel like theyre not racist.
- If there was hard biological evidence that some races are vastly smarter than others due to genetics, science institutions all over the world will do everything in their power to hide this.

I've written extensively by this point, but again, the take on free markets is weird to make when we have a more efficient system built‑in: the human body.
Free markets suffer from externalities, and governments themselves are corrupted to serve the interests of big capital. The govenments limiting capital is something like bees against honey type of thing. Sure, markets utilise local information - as Hayek wrote about extensively - and there is an encoding of information in the form of prices. But calling it the best form implies that no other encoding of local information is possible, which I just find silly. It suggests we somehow converged on the global optimum on our second try of building a global economy . That rarely happens in machine learning. Most likely, the current economic system is a local optimum in terms of economic efficiency and in satisfaction of human needs.
(The previous statement, of course, can't be proved directly here in reasonable time, and this isn't the platform to do so. But if you know a bit about machine learning, the point about the global maximum is pretty obvious.)

i dont have any mainstream political leaning other than being against the CCP. Dont worry, i never suspected you of being communist and I would not really mind if you actually were one (unless youre in taiwan as a CCP loyalist, then we got a problem).
Regardless of what you think about my politics, I do not mind hearing opposing politics from others and I am open to dialogue

not every single one, but i have yet to come across one where Trump and Epstein conversed between 1990 to 2019. Ive seen emails of Bill Gates, the Clintons, Prince Andrews, various politicians and businessmen ive never heard of talking to Epstein. Ive seen Obama use the pizzagate coded language (but never conversing with Epstein so maybe not related). But nothing with Trump talking to Epstein

when you find them, pls tell me asap. all ive found so far is Trump only being mentioned on a list of contact info and when Maxwell said "i did not have sex with trump" in 2016. the FBI have said Trump worked with them as an informant against Epstein, but theres not proof of that either so i dont believe that.

understanding the topic doesn't mean one is able to teach it, the same heavily applies to physics and chemistry, although I think those teachers are far more passionate about their subjects and thus teach better than math teachers, which are usually depressed
