Worldless is a great but short metrovania, tunic is one of the best puzzle games I've played and it has old zelda inspired combat and finally Lobotomy coporation if you want an amazing dystopian story at the cost of suffering through the management sim from hell (It's extremely satisfying to beat though).

Constance is a neat metroidvania. Try unbeatable for a rhythm game. Bopl battle is a cute fighting game made by just one guy.
It's a Papers Please type of game, you play as a Bouncer and shit starts to go wild.
