Maybe I’m missing some higher wisdom here, but shouldn’t a logo/icon at least vaguely connect to a site that’s, you know, about cartoon comics? Like… the banner does, for example. So why the crab? Is this a deep SpongeBob tribute or just a random crustacean cameo? 🙄 Either spell out the rules and judging criteria, or let’s just admit this contest is basically meaningless.

This consultant is meaningless, if only because no one fulfilled the requirements of the image specified in the description, and the crab is just an accident about which they forgot and the crab remains
So let me get this straight: you’re saying the requirements weren’t met — but why on earth would anyone prepare four separate icons, each in three sizes, before even knowing which one wins? The only actual requirements were the PNG format and the three dimensions, and those can be generated in minutes once a design is chosen. That’s not a judging criterion, that’s just exporting a file. What’s being selected here is the idea — everything else is a technicality.
