There really needs to be literally anything to disincentivise activist judges. Because when some murderer or violent rapist gets let off with just some hours of community service it really hurts peoples faith in the justice system. Maybe give the judge some kind of punishment when the crimial that was let off easy reoffends in a timeframe or something.

try establishing a schedule
even a bad schedule is better than none at all
I go to bed around 12pm and wake up around 6am normally, which is too little, but its consistent
from there you can start going to bed earlier or sleeping in a bit more, which is an easier change at that point

Do you use a sleeping mask? As jäger said it can be cause by many different factors and when it gets too bad getting help is good. I do however swear by the power of sleeping masks. It certainly improved my sleep.

Could honestly be a lot of things like stress, burnout, depression, bad sleep, low iron, stuff like that. If it’s starting to affect your life you should probably get it checked out to rule out an actual medical condition and to see if it could possibly be something else, Also depression dosent mean you will be sad but just living sort of tires you out to the point where sleeping even gets uncomfortable, The community is here to help you bro, good luck.

Current day greens completly ignore or deride nuclear energy because it misses the revolutionary spirit that wind and solar has; its just clean and plentiful energy (very boring and too utopian). Those commies want a revolution against big oil, not clean energy.

True and real. It doesnt even have to be uranium if that is the holdup for its proliferation. A striking visual was i think in that one video doing the round about that one onion like thorium reactor thats in development, it was this small metal ball that fits inside ones fist. And they said that that one metal ball of radioactive material would be enough to like actually actually cover the energy demand of a person for their whole life.

We already can use nuclear waste. And at the end of the recycling cycle there really isnt much dangerous stuff even left.
