There is no communication between the labs groups and even within them
Plus most have room temp iq and dont get the logistic side of things

I admit that was a spur of the moment post because I had to go wire up a few outlets that I had specifically not wired up yet because we didnt have any GFCI breakers in stock
but they needed those outlets stat (the lab was empty)

The undecided researchers are the worse in my experience, they clearly don't want to be in a lab that has it all figured out and want to constantly change things for the sake of changing it and maybe getting better results
Its worse when they are your superiors...
Even worse when they just came from uni and only got the lead position through higher education and nepotism
