Exhibit 1. Saw this x-ray panel today in one of the random comics. I don't think you can get that much of a human tongue into an anus without detaching it first.

Exhibit 2. It's pretty common for male porn artists without sexual experience and/or art training to not understand how close the vagina and anus are. But you rarely see the reverse, like in this Yellow Elephant panel, where she (I assume) thinks that the male anus is located on the taint, immediately behind the testicles.

Just noticed this in "Mera Gets Blackmailed". I've seen this in a bunch of videos and comics, but never in one that wasn't originally written in Japanese.

There's cultural reasons for misunderstanding female anatomy that predate doujins. I've read multiple things saying that there are many women who don't even realize they pee from a separate hole.

Well to be fair, redundancy is never a bad thing. And without the proper knowledge, you'd probably assume that when going to goddamn space of all places, you'd want to plan for the absolute worst case scenario. Even if that means rounding up to an admittedly ridiculous but safe number.
