Huh. The iPhone 11 actually takes pretty good shots. Though there's a lot of light in the photo — most phones take good pics in that kind of lighting.

They've already been removed from that photo. For future reference, you can just turn off location services on your phone while taking pics, or disable that feature in the settings. I don't know how it works on iPhone, but Android has that option.

on windows, right click on the image>properties>details and at the bottom is says remove properties and personal info in blue
just to let you know metadata also includes gps location so be weary where you send stuff, you can find a lot more then just what phone you have.
