A 3D animated movie has become a massive hit in China not because it’s good, and certainly not because it’s visually appealing; on the contrary, the animation is fucking ugly reminiscent like of 70s graphics and the story isn't the least bit engaging. At first, I couldn't understand why it was so successful despite being terrible, but viewer curiosity is what drove it to become a massive phenomenon, perhaps you should watch it.
